Call your Sponsor's Sponsor (Info in your LW Back Office); if you can't contact your sponsor's sponsor, Call Customer Service.

Spillover occurs when someone upline from you sponsors someone downline from you. When this happens, you get volume credit because all volume flows upline from infinity. It does not always occur.
